Grief Therapy for Parents, Children, Teens, Families & Individuals in Maryland

Grief is Hard. It’s Harder Alone.

Having A Genuine Connection With Someone Who Gets It Can Help You Navigate the Journey of Finding Yourself After Loss.

You deserve to experience joy again and we will find it.

Together.

My mission is to support parents through their worst nightmare—

the death of their child.

Why? Because these parents are just like me—trying to navigating life after the death of a child.

Connecting with other parents like me was a game-changer in my healing. I help parents on this very specific grief journey by sharing validating personal stories, laughing with you at morbid jokes and by using specialized skills, training and personal experience to process emotional trauma.

My clients can access support through individual therapy, peer supports groups and workshops all of which have a focus on authentic connections,  genuine emotional expression and post-traumatic growth.

We work on what matters to you, in ways you may not have tried before, and connect you with other people who “get it”—all so you know you are not alone in this journey and so you can learn how to enjoy the simple pleasures in life again.

Not a grieving parent?

Fear not.

I work with children, tweens, teens and adults through many of life’s experiences including:

  • life transitions such as death of family member

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • depression

  • planning ahead for developmental milestones

  • anxiety

  • burnout

  • complex and/or chronic illness

  • medical trauma

  • child parent relationship therapy

  • parenting as a late/undiagnosed neurodivergent

  • trauma experienced by neurodiverse individuals

  • identity exploration & gender dysphoria

  • gender and neuro-affirming advocacy

Because, a strong therapeutic alliance is the best indicator of client success, if we can build a relationship of trust and authenticity, we can work together towards your goals.

Let’s see if we are a good fit together.
